About Us

Our Mission

Ahmed al-Sadek's mission is to create an oasis of joy at the heart of Libya's capital city, Tripoli. We welcome animals from all around the world into our zoo, where they have a good life and are nurtured well, and live to many years.

We have three pillars that combine to build a perfect environment for people and animals:

Education

We offer education programmes for children, so they can better understand animals and the way in which humans relate to them.

Protection

We offer protection for animals including from predators and from hunters in the wild. We have the best vets on stand-by to ensure that our animals have a healthy lifestyle.

A Unique Experience

We offer families a chance to interact with animals in a calm and peaceful atmosphere, and ensure that they will have memories that they will never forget.
